Group Loans Terms and Conditions:

• Loan amount will be up to MMK 15 Million
• Loan terms is from 4 months to 12 months and will vary depending on the Product Types
• Monthly Repayment and Bullet Repayment and will be vary depending on the Product Types
• Interest Rate will be up to 28% which is based on per year
• Total Fees will be up to 2% which is based on per year
• Compulsory Saving is 5% of Loan Disbursement Amount
• Group-Wise Guarantee is mandatory

Group Loans Customer Criteria:

• Minimum 18 years old and Maximum 65 years old
• Must agree to accept the Rules and Regulations of iM
• Permanently Lived in a Single Village/Ward Area which was allowed to serve iM process
• Currently work specified Business in specified Village/Ward
• Only one person in a Household can be entitled
• Can find the Guarantors from the Centre on his/her Loan
• Can pay back the Loan as per the term fixed by iM

Group Loans Customer Document:

• NRC (or) Driving License
• Household Certificate
• Farming Land and Garden yard Ownership Document
• Document of School and University
• Document of Medical Treatment
